Hong Kong, China – January 15, 2025 – The Asian Electronic Sports Federation (AESF) has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with LunaTone Inc. to enhance technological innovation and inclusivity in esports. The signing ceremony took place on January 15, 2025, with Mr. Steve Kim, Chief Operating Officer of AESF, and Dr. Baro Hyun, Founder and CEO of LunaTone Inc., representing their respective organizations.

LunaTone will serve as a member of the AESF Technology & Innovation Commission, providing expert guidance on emerging technologies and innovative practices applicable to the esports industry. In addition, AESF and LunaTone will co-develop initiatives that encourage senior citizens' participation in esports. Collaborative efforts will bring esports events and tournaments to communities, furthering greater engagement among seniors. Joint studies will be conducted to evaluate the benefits and challenges of esports for seniors, using insights to enhance future programs. Outreach campaigns will be launched to raise awareness of esports' positive impact on seniors' mental and physical well-being.
